HR & the People team #

We have #help-hr-non-confidential channel for open questions. For anything private please reach out to the People team directly.

Holiday, sickness, and other absences #

You can find details on our sickness and holiday policies in the playbook, and the People team can help with any queries you might have.

Purchasing requests #

We have a #help-purchasing channel in Slack for help with purchasing requests, such as office equipment or other things to help you do your work.

Office spaces #

If you would like to work in one of our in-person offices, we currently offer the following flexible spaces :

We have our #dxw-london-office or #dxw-leeds-office channels in Slack where you can find out more information, or you can chat to a member of the commercial team.

For visits to our offices once a week or less, you can sign-in as a visitor. If you plan to visit more frequently, permanent passes are available upon request.

Travel #

We use The Trainline Business for managing travel and everyone receives an email invite to join our business account when they join us.

For any help with travel, you can post your questions in our #help-travel Slack channel.

The travel and accommodation policy contains more information about what is covered.

Mental health first aid #

Mental health first aiders can help sign-post you to support or be a confidential ear to talk to. All conversations are private and confidential unless you are in immediate danger.

A list of mental health first aiders are available in our BreatheHR Company Directory. Select ‘mental health first aider’ and ‘apply filters’.

You can access the company directory by clicking on the below symbol on the top right hand corner of the screen.
